Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Property Damage Portal ("the Portal"), an internal application operated by Big Sandy Superstore. By accessing or using the Portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
Authorized use
The Portal is a private business tool intended solely for authorized Big Sandy employees, operators, and delivery partners to create and manage property-damage delivery claims. Access is limited to authorized company accounts. You may use the Portal only for legitimate business purposes and only to access information you are authorized to access.
Your account
- Sign in only with your own company-provided account; do not share your account or credentials.
- Keep your credentials and any two-factor authentication methods secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access, probe, or breach areas or data you are not authorized to use.
- Do not misuse, copy, scrape, or extract data except as needed for your work.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Portal or its security.
- Handle customer and claim information confidentially and in line with company policy.
Confidentiality & ownership
Claim records and customer information accessible through the Portal are confidential property of Big Sandy Superstore and must not be disclosed outside of your authorized work. The Portal, its content, and software are owned by Big Sandy Superstore.
Availability & disclaimer
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for internal use. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, and access may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, Big Sandy Superstore disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the Portal.
Suspension & termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including when employment or a partner relationship ends or when these Terms are violated. When a company account is disabled, access to the Portal ends automatically.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
